TMS is a 95 year old family business that forms metals to customer specifications. Currently, my brother, my son and I own the company. My son is part of the 3rd generation. We have had many years of success - treating employees fairly, treating customers with integrity and solid ethics, we support the community through many philanthropic endeavors. We have built the business around the philosophy of delivering quality parts, on time at a fair price. For a small business of around 50 employees, it is mind blowing that our parts are in every corner of every state around the USA, and beyond. We pride ourselves on our domestic made in the USA products. We have built our business processes in a unique and strategic way - combining unique equipment that complement the core metalforming process. Skilled craftsmen (and women) are responsible for the longevity of the company. A company this old has certainly experienced ups and downs - like all businesses do. However, what differentiates us is the fact that we always take care of our employees - whether it be the devastating fire in 1998 (for which we won the US Chamber of Commerce/Mass Mutual Blue Chip Award for our challenging comeback) or a economic slowdown, or the pandemic- our employees are ALWAYS taken care of - they come first! We have won many awards citing our achievements and ethical treatment of employees and customers. We are the only metalforming company in our industry that has developed a standard line of conical hoppers - a product line that touches millions of end products manufactured around the country. Our goal back 35 years ago was to save customers money and time by offering an off the shelf standard product. We have a unique way of processing these parts through our draw/spin process and have saved customers millions of dollars and an enormous amount of time by being able to order and ship virtually the same day. In addition, we developed a standard line of stainless steel waste receptacles that are in arenas, convention centers, libraries, restaurants, airport and malls and embassies across the globe. Our made to order parts span from uses in passenger planes, to fighter jets, highways, car washes, dairies, septic cleaning trucks, water filtration, plastic injection/blow molding machines, and the list goes on and on and on in so many different industries. For a small company, our reach is wide and far.
