About Tiny Drumsticks Inc.

Hello my name is Benjamin and I am the co-founder (48%) of Tiny Drumsticks Inc and its sister locations with my business partner, and co-founder, Connie Sun (52% MWBE company). We pioneered the shared kitchen business here in NYC, and probably the country, back in 2013 when we were just the fifth permit of its type in all five bouroughs of NYC. It is hard to believe we have grown the business from 2500 sf to what was 45000 sf , and now 35000 sf from 2017 to today. Our landlord wanted his 10,000 sf space back and we did him a favor since he is our single landlord for all the spaces, and we made a deal with him. We supply the kithcen infrastructure for food companies to work at. We supply the equipment, cleaning chemicals, aprons, towels, utilities, waste managment, hood cleanings, dishwashing, smallwares, equipment maintenance, and so on to where all the cusotmer has to do is show up to cook. By law the cusotmers are on a one year lease, with easy termination policies. They can choose from a range of options to discount bulk buying hours per month, to buying a single hour of work. If you are in the food business you need storage. We rent out cold, freezer, and dry storage cages by the month, or day. Please do not confuse us with ghost kitchens. Yes, we get their inquiries, but we do not focus on that business. We are home to small, or very large caterers, wholesale manufactureres, CPG companies, off shoot of volume for retail prep, human food for dogs companies, bakers, pastry experts, chocolatiers, meal kits, city contracts, and many more food businesses. We are the most equipped kitchen in NYC. Our largest location has four roll in rack ovens, four tilt skillets, three deck ovens, 26 convection ovens, four dishpits, ranges, 1000s of sheetpans just to name a few items of how one can run a serious business here. We have created an ecosystem within this city and are becoming a foundation for the food world here. Instead of putting your name on a lease and buildout a space that would be a project of a half million dollars easily, you can come to us and pay us as little as $27.00(average hour cost) an hour. Most people start with a plan averaging $1800 a month. A big difference of capital needed to start a business. Not to mention the jobs and wealth that is created within the community. I have seen workers from companies here make over $2000.00 a week. We have 25 fulltime employees, we help create 1000s of jobs in NYC , between the companies here and our arms that reach out to other businesses in the city. It is a hard business, but a fun one. We do it because we want to help everyone realize their food dreams in a safe and clean space. Thank you for your time Benjamin
