North End Teleservices is a certified woman-owned, minority-owned, HUBZone and Enterprise Zone business that serves as an extension of its clients brands and service delivery model, working with small and large B2B, B2C, and government agencies. In 2015, we strategically established our roots in the heart of north Omaha, a community grappling with a 59 percent poverty rate over the past four years nearly five times the state average. As of 2022, NET has played a pivotal role in contributing to a decreased poverty rate of approximately 37 percent within the census tract it occupies.
NETs unwavering commitment to the community has yielded tangible results. To date, our impact on the State of Nebraskas economy surpasses $330 million dollars. Many of our accomplished leaders have successfully graduated from Nebraskas sole teleservices industry apprentice program, earning their Frontline Supervisor Apprenticeship certified by the Department of Labor.
Through community collaboration, NET offers Work Lab services (in conjunction with the Omaha Chamber of Commerce), enlisting the services of licensed social workers to offer comprehensive, confidential support to our employees at no cost. Our dedication extends to breaking down barriers by providing transportation services, enabling the surrounding community to overcome obstacles on their path to career success.
