In our lives, we have to call the bank, our healthcare provider, etc., and we always end up wasting minutes, sometimes hours, being transferred from department to department. We provide the robot with our information only to get to the human who asks the same thing again. You call DCAcar, and before the 3rd ring, someone will answer the phone with a smiling face. For those who prefer to write us an email, as our company policy, we will answer all emails within 5 minutes, even at 2 am. This has been a game-changer for our business. We can charge more than our competitors, but clients who value this sort of customer supportand it turns out there are a lot of themchoose us over & over again. We are successful because we do not stop innovating and constantly try new things to get more business and grow. Last year, we launched our Private Washington DC tours, & they have been so successful that today its 10% of our business and growing double digits MoM. A story worth sharing: I lived in Sterling, VA, for over 12 years, surrounded by lush greenery & cheap gas. As a top executive transportation provider, we used big-engine vehicles like Suburbans,similar to the Secret Service fleet. Two years ago, I bought a home in Santa Clarita, LA, & started splitting my time between the two cities. During my first summer in LA, I experienced the devastating fires firsthand. I decided to shift our fleet from combustion engines to electric, despite many industry leaders and friends telling me it was a mistake. California is burning, but DC still has a chance. I have made a promise to be a pioneer in change & hopefully convince my competitors to do the same. What makes us profitable comes back to our quality of service. Our industry has a tendency that when you go to their website, no one will tell you the costyou have to fill out a form & wait for hours, sometimes days, for a salesperson to call you. We did the opposite: we put the price right in front of the clients and made it so easy for them to get a quote that we advertisedGet a quote in 5 seconds, or book your whole trip in under 2 minutes. The results are astonishingwhen you are transparent with your pricing & make it easy for them to reach you via phone call, email, etc., the business takes off. I hope my competitors will not see this! This can be seen by our reviews online: Google 558 5-star reviews, Yelp 191, TripAdvisor 101. The overall count of our reviews is three times more than anyone else in our industry in DC. We win new customers by taking care of the old ones every day.
