Our solution facilitates seamless trade by assisting both individuals and businesses based in and out of Africa to shop from any international business or online store, and have their orders delivered directly to their location in Africa, all on a single platform. Users first come to our platform, sign up and are given a US warehouse address, which doubles as our office, then at checkout from any of these online paltforms, they ship to us and then we arrange to get them to their door in Africa. We handle the international shipping from the US to that country, have a team that handles customs clearance as well as last mile delivery to their door on arrival. All of these are transparent to them and can be seen on their dashboard on the app(both Android and iOS) or website. Thus, they can sit in the comfort of their home and within a few weeks, receive their products at their door, just as we have in the US.
